Carmel Dog Parties and Pampered Pooch Parties is based out of the beautiful Monterey Peninsula Area (encompasses Carmel, Monterey and Pacific Grove) of the Central Coast of California.  We are an online and local party boutique offering our party services to local and national clientele.  Our mission is to enrich the bond you share with your pet by celebrating the important times in their lives.  I too have a dog named Morgan.  She is a sweet and playful Rhodesian Ridgeback that has been in our family for 8 years now.

Carmel, California has been known as the Dog’s Shangri-La for years.  It is a wonderful place to live with your Pampered Pooch.  If you are one the of the lucky people that live here, you’ll realize that pet’s in Carmel are part of the natural landscape.  You’ll see them everywhere from the beaches, to the shops, to the local restaurants.

In 2006 I was walking in downtown Carmel and stopped into one of the most historical landmarks of this area known as The Cypress Inn.  This charming and quaint hotel is co-owned by the notorious Doris Day.  Her love for pets is imminent, as you walk through the hotel and note the dog biscuits at the front desk.  In addition to being a beautiful hotel, it is also a Dog Lover’s hamlet. Local dogs come daily to enjoy a “spot” of tea during high tea in their living room or nightly to listen to Jazz with their companions.  Upon watching this amazing scene and the utter calmness of how the dogs interacted with each other I came upon an idea.  Hence, Carmel Dog Parties was born.  I came to realize that all pets are Pampered Pooches and should be celebrated. 

Carmel’s affinity for dogs was just the start.  I then realized that most people feel rushed in their everyday lives and adding one more “party” to host to their list of things to do  may seem daunting.  I felt that if I offered my services and have them include everything, it would make hosting a Pampered Pooch Party seemless.  The parties include items such as invitations to your party printed and mailed out to the coordination of that party at your chosen location to favors, gifts, treats (Pampered Pooch Treats) and décor.  The price also includes apparel for each guest Pampered Pooch at the party (bandanas, party hats or boas) to match the décor of the chosen party. There are so many wonderful places to hold a Carmel Dog Party on the Monterey Peninsula that the choices are endless.  Consider High Tea at the Cypress Inn, or a casual breakfast gathering at From Scratch and everything in between.
